STEP 01
Go through committees, agendas, and the allotment matrix to understand portfolios and preferences before applying.
STEP 02
Fill the appropriate Google Form based on your category — Single Delegation, Double Delegation, or International Press.
STEP 03
Pay the registration fee via our secure UPI QR CODE and upload the payment confirmation screenshot in the form.
STEP 04
Allotments are released after review. Regularly check the allotment matrix and your e-mail inbox for your committee and portfolio.
